Was a very nice stay, great location. Close to town but away from all the traffic. I had 2 kids under 2 with us and appreciated the kids things that were provided.
I loved this place! It was cozy and they provided essentials for everything! I came for mybirthday trip and I am overly satisfied. My only small issue is it says there is a hot tub but I do not think there is. Also, shower got cold rather quickly. Aside from that, I will 100% book here again my next trip to Gatlinburg.
Very comfortable and clean everything you need inside just like home very quiet beautiful views

Rented this for a girls getaway and had a great time. The place was beautiful. We had one issue upon arrival and they had it taken care of within minutes. Very cozy and quiet. Would definitely rent again.
We had a wonderful time on our family trip to the Smoky's once again. The condo was very clean and cute. We had one VERY SMALL issue, and the responsiveness and communication with the owner was absolutely outstanding. We will for sure be booking with them in the future.
We had a wonderful time on our trip! The unit was beautiful and very clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed to make us feel at home! Our host, Justin, was very responsive and pleasant. We will be back soon!
It was perfect for what our family of 4 needed! We spent most of our time out and about, but we were ready to come back to this cozy condo in the evening to rest up for another busy day. There was a slight issue with the pool pass, but Justin was very prompt in responding and resolving the issue!
Great location with lots of space in Chalet. Mattresses were very comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and response was excellent. I would definitely stay in this unit again. 5 star rating.
This place was majestic. Way way up the mountain literally a 30 second drive to the gates of Ober. The February mornings were just beautiful with drapes of fog in the trees. I imagine could be sketchy if icey but we had no problems while there. Host was attentive to texts and easy to work with. Would definitely stay in same place again.
This condo was perfect! I traveled with my husband and two 8 year old boys. The setup worked well for us. There was tons of space to move around. Parking was easy, since the condo has an assigned spot. The highlight was the proximity to Ober Mountain. I was shocked when the GPS told me a 12 minute walk. We literally walked 3 minutes, to the park shuttle. The location really is close to everything that we needed during our stay.
The property was super clean and well equipped.
The neighborhood is quite (I heard gun shot the last night of my stay).
The wifi works as fine but your phone data won’t work since the signal is not perfect there.
The host answers faster than I’d have expected.
I cannot say enough good things about this property! It’s absolutely amazing, starting with the incredible customer service from the owners, who went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Ober Park, which is a huge plus because you can skip the nightmare traffic to enter the park. Walking there was a breeze and made the experience so much more enjoyable. The property itself is gorgeous—a true cabin vibe with all the charm you’d expect in the mountains. It’s just a few minutes away from all the main tourist attractions, yet it feels tucked away and peaceful. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. However, if you’re like me and enjoy extra comfort, I recommend bringing additional blankets and towels if you’re driving.Overall, this is a perfect spot to create beautiful memories in the mountains. I will definitely be coming back!
I was so excited to go to TN and enjoy my winter visit, booked my travel and my accomodations while on vacation. The condo is convenient and nicely decorated. The owners haven't looked in on the property frequently enough, shower in guest room downstairs didn't work properly (heat adjustment didn't work). The staircase wood is loose (be careful) and the request for repair while onsite didn't happen. Don't expect any credit for your inconvenience because it's not going to happen, it'll be a menial 35.00 as compared to your daily rental rate. I booked a hotel and checked out early and that was the best decision I made while on the trip.
Chalet was nice and comfortable. Beds were good and kitchen was nice. However would have been much better if…
TVs worked. Both TV’s downstairs didn’t work, so we had to watch TV in the upstairs bedroom. We weren’t able to enjoy the fireplace, because the remote was missing. Owners were notified and they replied but unable to correct the issues. The bathroom on the first level was missing the knob on the shower. We could turn it on, but couldn’t adjust the temp and the water was too hot. We used the upstairs shower all the time. Fan in the lower level bedroom couldn’t be adjusted. It was on high and made noise. The dishwasher in the kitchen kept falling out of the cabinet. One of us held it in place while the other loaded it.
We still had a great time, but hope these issues get corrected for the next people.
Very convenient to Gatlinburg. Saw black bears in the area a couple of times. The place was very nice, and especially very clean. That would rate it five stars. Unfortunately it has several issues that started to add up. Probably the worst was the living room tv... constant shadow images and poor color. Wouldn't be such a concern expect we had to be home at night due to a toddler. Bedroom tv's were ok, but it was a family outing.
A few other issues:
1. Downstairs shower is missing handle, so no temp control. Only on/off by pushing the stem.
2. Dishwasher is not secure, so falls out when top rack is loaded.
3. No remote for fireplace, so couldn't turn it on.
4. Water controls are reversed in upstairs bath. Once you figure that out, not so much of a problem.
5. If you're short, bring a step stool to get in the master bed upstairs. It's very high.
6. Most of the blinds on porch don't open, which makes it very dark inside.
7. No extra blankets, so bring your own.
Notwithstanding the above, we did enjoy our stay, and would stay here again if some of these issues were resolved.
We booked the condo about 3 weeks before we were to arrive. I never got any kind of confirmation or welcome letter or communication of any kind acknowledging our stay. The day before we were to arrive I contacted VRBO and asked for them to please have the host contact me with check in procedure, codes, etc. A short while later I received a welcome message from him with procedures but he addressed me by another persons name. Immediately after, he sent the exact same message again but this time with my name. We arrived to the condo late that night and it was nice, clean and as described. However, shortly after we got in my daughter went to shower and after just a few minutes she ran out of hot water. We sent the host a message asking if he knew of any issues with the hot water heater or how to fix it but it was after midnight and we knew it would be morning before we could resolve the issue. The next morning we heard nothing back so we headed out for the day. Around 5 pm I checked to see if he had responded and he had not, so I sent another message asking him to please respond and he never did.
Hot water is a big need for most people as well as timely and clear communication with their host. I would not stay here again due to the lack of care, communication and cold showers.
