"The room was fantastic! It was clean and modern with a great view of the ocean and lagoon. Every staff member was super polite and friendly. Only issue I had was with the Friday Starlight Luau. The host started the night while there were quite a lot of people in the golden circle line, we couldn’t make out what he was saying. We felt they started without everyone being seated, like they started without us. For the 950+ bucks we paid, we didn’t like that feeling. Overall it was wonderful. "

"From day 1 service was outstanding, checking was fast and easy, every employee encounter was polite and happy to be working, the ladies out cleaning the room so accommodating and pleasant we got fast our baby crib also been winter rooms wasn’t cool enough for my liking so they provided a fan for us , definitely coming back , water pressure great hot steaming water to shower. At check out was fast and easy big thank you to Akadq and Danus so friendly Top 10 stars to Akadq for her fantastic Service going above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but exceptional, Rafael at the door entrance wow so good at his job.
