The Summit is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room while relaxing by the fireplace. Step out onto one of the private balconies and take in the gorgeous views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (or adults alike) will love relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) or playing on the community playground. As a guest at The Summit, you will have access to community amenities such as pools, grills, and more.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
