"We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. It is more than well equipped with the most thoughtful touches, down to the welcome message on the board in the living area. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"We loved staying in this apartment in The Old City. We walked everywhere we went. We parked 2 blocks away in a free parking area. Train tracks right behind the property didn't bother us at all. It was a unique experience. Got to tell my wife "since we're up"... Restaurants in the area were great. We will come back to Knoxville and would definitely stay at this beautiful place!"

"This is my first experience in AB&B. If Oconee Oasis is an example of what I can expect, then the hassle of staying in a hotel again is a thing of the past! From the moment my son and I entered, it seemed so inviting and welcoming. but my highest praise is reserved for CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Everything was CLEAN! EVERYTHING! And the attention to detail was over the top, as well. All the amenities were of a high quality, and we wanted for nothing. There was even books, puzzles and cards available...

"We only spent one night here but it was very nice. Clean and accurately described. We wanted to eat in, and the kitchen was wonderful to make our meal. We got groceries from Three Rivers close by. Street noise was there (train horn, party music somewhere close by) but manageable. Thank you!"

"The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip."

"The location was great for walking downtown and to the Old City. Place was quiet and very secure. If you can find a spot to park on the street in front of the building, do so. Otherwise, you have to park up the hill on W. Vine. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would book here again."
