Bed and Breakfast in Seymour

"Rooms were clean. Waterpark staff were less than helpful or friendly. Other staff around the resort were great. Food was what you would expect for a waterpark resort. The shuttle and drivers were great. The Peak rooftop pool and patio were great, the best part of the resort for our family. "

"The hotel is older. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was as to be expected. My only issue was the parking garage. The spaces are tiny and difficult to get into with all of the cement pillars. I got in at around 9pm and drove the entire garage looking for a spot. By the time I called the front desk my daughter was crying because she was so upset. They let us pull into a spot we technically weren’t allowed to park in. The whole thing was just needlessly stressful. I would not stay there again just due to the parking situation. "

"Was put in a room where the indoor pool was - the bleach smell was so strong it made us sick, made our eyes water and burn plus it made our throats scratchy, we were traveling with a service dog and he got very sick from the fumes. The staff did not have another room at the time so we packed up and left. Do not recommend anyone stay in the rooms located inside the indoor pool room the bleach fumes are overpowering. Plus was told the vents inside the pool room were closed at night so the smell is incapsulated inside that area therefore that’s all you smell inside and outside your room. Not healthy at all. "

"We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this hotel near The Island in Pigeon Forge! The location couldn't be better, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was a nice perk. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, but the manager truly stood out—when our reservation had a mistake, they were so understanding and fixed everything without hassle. We’ll definitely be back!"
