We want to be completely transparent with our guests. Our apartment is located in a classic style building, with lots of charm and an unbeatable location. However, some common areas such as stairs and corridors show signs of wear and tear. The maintenance of these areas is the responsibility of the building management and therefore out of our control.

Inside the apartment, we make sure that everything is clean and in perfect condition to provide a comfortable stay. The location in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is one of our main attractions, allowing you to enjoy the ocean, restaurants and stores just steps away.

Location is great, property is usable

The stay was wonderful, the location of this property is excellent right on the beach. The overall set up is fine but property management needs to do a better job cleaning it. There was a lot of dust everywhere and food from previous guests was still under the dining table. The AC room was full of random things and ac didn’t work properly and was extremely noisy. Overall ok property and amazing location.
