"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff and lots of amenities "

"The hotel location is great. This was a quick girls adult weekend. The hotel had a variety of guests, lots of kids and families. Most clientele were well behaved, no problems for us. Our room was clean, a couple of small things missed but was able to get when I saw housekeeping on our floor. They have a nice light system to signify when you want your room serviced. The reviews about the showers are true. Water does get out of the shower. The hot water issue—-there is a safety button on the knob you need to press and turn towards hot. We had no problems with hot water. The jet skis and rentals are right where the beach is in front so not all that peaceful if you are looking for quiet. We rented beach chairs, two umbrellas and cushions for the entire day 10 hrs $85 total. They use a four wheeler to drag the chairs around and it is very disruptive throughout the day and kicks up sand. The pool deck has free chairs but no umbrellas and has a nice view of the ocean. Pool area was clean. The prices of food and alcohol was an absurd amount. Walkable distance to a grocery is well worth it and there is a refrigerator in room, no microwave. A microwave was available in ice machine room if needed. The gift shop was ridiculously expensive-$6 for chapstick. No coffee available until 8am that you have to buy. They should have free coffee in lobby for the morning. The price reflects the location. I would consider staying again. "

"Our Host Michael was so wonderful. Shared about the community and places to eat and visit. I cannot say enough good about the staff and accommodations! Such an amazing experience! It’s a very lovely, clean and safe place to stay!! "

"Parking was good. A/C was loud temperature was less than cool. In high level to loud to sleep. Room was clean but no service unless requested. Advertising of the complex don’t match the listing beach was advised as step from hotel when in fact it was 10 min drive or a 25 min walk. The water in the bathroom came out kinda yellow running water don’t notice but if you fill the tub absolutely and you can see it in the bowl. Use bottle water to rinse mouth. Would not use this place again and do not recommend it. Please this is just my opinion. It was a last minute reservation had to fine something quick and those are the resort. Give it a 11/2 start. "

"We did not get into FLL until late due to flight issues, so did not make it there by the 11 pm cutoff for them getting us a shuttle ride. so had to get our own ride to hotel. We did not have any breakfast offered with our room. Do they even serve breakfast? Room was clean and comfortable."
