"Our stay was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. My only complaint would be the high cost of parking. It should be discounted for guests. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

"The room I stayed in had been hastily cleaned and it showed. Just a few minor things like the shower and sheets not being fully clean but for the location and price point it made sense. You’re right off the main strip and only a block from the beach. Excellent walking point and far from the main clutter of downtown. Nice location just make sure your room isn’t one of two without a view! Felt dingy to be in the back with peeling wallpaper and a tiny window. Outlets also were worn and wouldn’t barely hold my charger in. Ac was nice tho worked like a charm. "

"We stayed here for a few nights before a cruise. About a 15 min Uber from the port, which was nice. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for! At the price point, our stay was good. The whole building definitely could use a lot of maintenance and a DEEP clean. That said, the staff, pools, beach, etc were all nice. At the price point and compared to surrounding properties, I feel like this hotel attracts young "spring break" type crowds and the building maintenance/cleanliness does reflect that. If I were to do this again, I might choose to splurge a little more and stay next door, but this was not a bad option."

"Great views and staff"

"We had a wonderful stay with two kids over spring break. The room was large, clean and had what we needed. The pool was a little small, but the kids did not mind and there were plenty of chairs and places to spread out available on the pool deck. The jacuzzi was closed for most of our stay, but it is tiny! All of the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Th hotel is in a quiet area, however, there are several restaurants close by that we enjoyed! Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel! "

"The cost per day for the incidentals was a little high."

"Almost daily had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. Room was not cleaned every day. Things were in disrepair like the toilet paper holder. The sink shot water all over. It needs better maintenance."

"The room was not ready as expected (lacking pull out counch / bed linens and pillows and low on towels and missing shower hair conditioner) but the hotel employees responded in a reasonable time to rectify. Rooms were clean but furniture a bit dated. Busy area but hotel was more quiet than expected, just 2-3 blocks from the Beach and steady traffic. Easy 2-3 blocks for bars and restauarants and Beach. No breakfast included but restaurant on site and coffee / breakfast options with just a couple blocks away. Small kitchen was well stocked. AC worked well. Felt safe but poor side street lighting."

"Great location and amazing views from the rooftop pool. I have stayed here many times. The property could use some updating. The beach towels are basically threadbare rags at this point. "
