"This property is such a quaint hotel. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Our room was on the side with a balcony. We had a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes and only a short ride to Port Everglades. The front desk staff and their manager were absolutely amazing to deal with. It was my birthday and a small package was delivered to our room. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the staff were very welcoming and efficient. Looking forward to returning the Riverside again."

"I have traveled to many places and stayed at some amazing hotels, but this one was the BEST, and here's why: service felt invested in my stay, they were all warm, kind and extremely thoughtful. I've actually never experienced such an exceptional staff in hospitality before. From the moment I pulled up to the hotel, every single interaction was incredible. I wish this was the service standard all across America! Because it's not, this is why this hotel is my new favorite! I will be coming back and bringing family, friends and this is now a reason to visit Ft Lauderdale for me. Well done ownership and management! Not to mention the actual hotel and rooms, WOW. All the automation and ease within the room was superb!"
