"The place itself looks pretty nice, but issues cropped up very quickly. The unit walls are thin, and vents are shared with the unit behind this one. I woke up to smoke smells, as the unit behind me smoked. The manager coordinated for an ozone machine, but the other people still smoked to the point that my belongings started to smell like weed. Another person loudly played music right outside my bedroom window and the manager did nothing but remind them by phone of the noise policy. There needs...

"I needed a place for a few days over a weekend when I couldn't find a hotel room. This is a few rooms attached to the owner's home so whenever I had a question, there was someone there to help. Very clean, wonderful air conditioning, frid and microwave were welcome. I did try to keep my noise down to be considerate of the family. Oh - and go ahead and park on the sidewalk/grass. Everyone does it! :-)"

"The house was very clean and a tranquil neighborhood. Only issue we had was in the master bedroom bathroom. The hot water in the shower had no pressure. But overall, it was great and recommend this place. "

"It was fine. I think they need to maybe do something. There was a couple little tiny tiny bugs not on the ground, but not many of them. It wasn’t bad. I just probably think they should consider maybe spraying. Again it wasn’t terrible. Nothing like that so I don’t want anyone to get Off on that. "
