Rooms and property are clean, staff was friendly, helpful and able to answer any and all questions we had. Had a great time! It is our new, go-to hotel when we go back to Fort Lauderdale. "

"Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay in. Your need to work on this kind of stuff! "
