The hotel stay was fine...easy in easy out. The hotel staff are great! The on-site restaurants have decent food. The pool area is great! Getting to the beach area is not so simple...cab or other transportation necessary and the public beach is, well, public. They are always seemingly fixing up (renovating) areas of the hotel. The stuff they use in the main lobby to clean, disinfect or cover other odors is horrific! We could not hang out by the bar and piano in that area.Otherwise, I recommend it to all = very convenient to Las Olas! The hotel store is very overpriced but it is the only convenience shopping available in walking distance.
Hotel reception was efficient with our late checkin and room was spacious, clean and everything worked. Included breakfast was the usual DIY American style but fine to start the day with hot and cold options. No problems with free hotel shuttle
Good food outlets nearby for other meals and easy walking distance to cruise terminal 2 for anybody reasonably fit.
Newly remolded, rooms look exactly like the pictures. Close to everything......... I felt safe there traveling as a single woman.
I arrived after dark and Nelson the manager was so nice he walked me to my room. Great Place!!
Good, clean, updated modern. Definitely a busy hotel. On the intercostal, but the main parts of the hotel are on a marina side. Non smoking hotel, and when we entered a room, you could tell some people did not follow that rule... But we went straight back downstairs and they immediately gave us another room (and a bit better one) great experience
Many downtown attractions are centered on the Riverwalk, Fort Lauderdale’s chief arts, entertainment, and shopping district. Its landmarks include the Museum of Arts Fort Lauderdale and trendy Las Olas Boulevard. The Broward County Convention Center lies southeast of the downtown core. Nearby, palm trees shadow the promenade along Fort Lauderdale Beach, among the cleanest in the nation.
