"First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast, the best service was provided in the cafeteria by Mr. Raul Sanchez, who was exceptionally kind and professional. It is unfortunate that individuals like him are not in leadership positions within the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant and only offers breakfast in the morning. There are no options available even to purchase basic items such as bottled water. The rooms are in unacceptable condition—unclean and poorly maintained. For example, the hairdryer was visibly dirty, with accumulated hair residue, which is completely unacceptable given the way the hotel is advertised on Expedia. Furthermore, the two blonde front desk staff members demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and ethical conduct. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment received and would not recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, great experience."

"Nos gusto mucho nuestra estadia en el lugar, tiene muy buena ubicacion a pocos metros del Broadwalk, las habitaciones espaciosas y con todas las comodidades, sin embargo , considero que deben actualizar los TV para que se pueda ver Netflix y otras aplicaciones que tienen entretenimiento mas actualizado, pero del resto todo bien "

"The outside is out dated but our kitchenette was amazing! The staff was so attentive and nice! We didn't need housekeeping but as far as more towels etc.... they were on it! Would recommend this hotel and we will be back!"
