Location is perfect, right on the beach. Very accommodating with early check-in & checkout. The staff are all helpful & friendly. They really enjoy their jobs. Beautiful pool area & many amenities.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, and the staff were amazing!!! Everyone was very friendly and pro.pt with service needs. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also very pleased with the pool/bar area and the very large beach area which was immaculate!!!

This is a beautiful beach front hotel, friendly staff. The room is spacious, clean and with comfortable mattress and pillows. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Overall, is a great hotel to stay with family and friends. We highly recommend it.

Our pool service waiter, Edward, was absolutely AMAZING!!! He listened to exactly what we said and everything always came out as perfect as EDWARD IS!!! He’s Perfect! Kristian, front desk/guest service, he was PERFECT at checkin on Friday. We had a crazy rental car experience. Kristian made sure to make that happen. We chatted about life amongst other things! He was so very and overly accommodating to try make up for late arrival. So very nice!! Thank you, Edward & Kristian, you’re the best!!!!

It is a beautiful hotel. The beach and pool were great. However, the staff was lacking hospitality. The bartenders at 3030 Ocean were so incredibly rude and condescending when speaking to our group when ordering drinks/dinner. I have never experienced such awful service. My husband and I were servers for years, so we understand the industry and would never have treated customers this way. I want to express how amazing our server Rosa at Riva was every morning. The location was ideal, the resort was immaculate, loved the beach/chairs/umbrella and an amazing pool. The food on the beach and at the restaurants was delicious. The nightly entertainment at 3030 bar was outstanding!!

Our go to hotel and destination. Our kids love the pool, beach, and amenities. Overall service is excellent. Restaurants are just okay, the menus could be improved. We like to venture outside for our meals, FLL is full of good restaurants.

Positives: Overall the resort was clean, rooms were nice, the property is right on the beach, and very pretty. There are lots of amenities included in the daily resort fee. The food was good. The pool was nice too. The Engine Room staff was amazing. The waitress, Rosa, at Riva was the best ever!!! Negatives: It’s difficult to use the included amenities. We signed up for yoga and the instructor never showed, the buffet breakfast we prepaid for isn’t always offered so you just pick one thing off the menu. The bar staff at 3030 Ocean were so rude and condescending with our group. Same for the staff at Sea-Level restaurant. They literally acted like our being there was a huge inconvenience.

Enjoyed are time at the pool. Beach was covered in seaweed. Food and beverage service was very expensive. We used DoorDash a lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful
