"Shower water pressure was extremely low…..in both bathrooms. One trash can in the kitchen. None nowhere else….in a two bedroom unit. “Leather furniture was cracking and peeling”. We didn’t sit on the furniture. I sat on the end table, when watching TV in the living room. Washer/dryer was out of service. And the ice machine on our floor was out. We have stayed at this property three previous times. No time was perfect, but we liked the overall stay, so we would come back This time there were so many things not to par. For a boutique hotel, u don’t expect full-service. But when u pay for the upgrade rooms, you expect service and amenities to match the upgrade price and experience."
