"We are hotel snobs.. I don’t like cheap, but I don’t like expensive. This hotel was everything!! Location.. had the best shops and restaurants right outside, hotel was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were perfect, price was good, valet was easy to work with..the staff in the hotel, valet and their inside restaurant were great!! I give it 5 stars. "

"Hotel is clean, beautifully designed, beds are very comfortable, black-out curtains are truly black-out, very well maintained, all staff were very courteous and helpful, has ample amenities and is in a great location a few short blocks from Union Square. Will definitely be back!"

"Clean room, friendly staff. Kids loved the back patio area with the yard games and s’mores. Can’t beat the location if you plan to do a lot of sight seeing! We could watch seals in the arbor from our bay view room. So fun! "

The breakfast buffet was well organized especially for being busy The front staff was awesome, well trained to explain your bill The only thing I was disappointed with was the parking price was not on the website It was reasonable for the city but I would have liked to know before booking Overall it was an enjoyable experience"
