"everyone in housekeeping friendly as well as the front desk. The restaurant lacks of a friendly host. They did not allow me to ask for coffee at the bar nor wait inside for a table with my kids on a different day. The hotel is beautiful and very well preserved"

"For a hotel in San Francisco close to Fishermans wharf, which was only a mile away it was easily in walking distance was super affordable. My sister and I spent a whole week in San Francisco, and the hotel staff was extremely nice, and also helpful. The room was nice. I do wish they had a microwave and a refrigerator, but the beds were super comfortable. There were some small restaurants close by and coffee shops, which made it nice. Their breakfast was OK, it was nice to have a hot breakfast, I just wish there was more to choose from. If I ever come back to San Francisco, I am definitely going to be staying at this hotel. It was affordable close to everything and comfortable. It was also right down the street from Lombard Lane, which we all know how famous that is."

"Room was a good size, the AC worked well, decent view, quiet, comfy bed. I wish hotels would ramp up coffee creamer selection in the room. Most are very blah. Overall a very nice hotel located well. Bellhop held on to our luggage and was extremely helpful. All other staff was as well. "
