The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room I was given was decent. it had no ac or heater for the winter. the fridge in my room was left open by the last person who stayed there. The bed was decent, but my back aches. Again, The staff was nice, but the room was decent. 5/10 for me

The room was comfortable. No noise, the room has shades that make it very dark, the sheets and pillows are nice (they provide two firmnesses of pillows). We ate at the ROH for dinner. They have some free options for kids and the service was great.
