"The hotel is beautiful. Has so much to offer. I wanted a kid friendly hotel with Slides and lazy rivers with beautiful views in Palm Springs area and this was my only choice. So glad I booked it and we will now make this hotel our summer annual fam trip. Only thing and it’s so small compared to Our whole stay was I called front desk for coffee refills for our room as we got Ready to leave this was about an hour before check out and we never got our Coffee. Again it’s nothing major and still happy with our stay. 5 stars ! "

"Room was a good size, the AC worked well, decent view, quiet, comfy bed. I wish hotels would ramp up coffee creamer selection in the room. Most are very blah. Overall a very nice hotel located well. Bellhop held on to our luggage and was extremely helpful. All other staff was as well. "
