"It’s an older property however it was charming. The rooms were basic but clean & comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked & delicious (extra). I enjoyed my stay & will book again for next year."

"Location was close to the beach. Lots of walking, wear good shoes. There is a live bandstand on the beach near the hotel. Live acts are frequent but just missed one on the first night . did not hear the music. Great breakfast provided by hotel. Room was large."

"Great one night stay. Owners not at property when checking in but directs us through RING. really clean room and generous in size. If stay in Eastbourne again will definitely stay here."

"We book the Majestic for one night as they had over 8+ on Expedia. Well, we arrived at reception. All went well until we were told the lift is out of action and being repaired. "Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."

"Receptionist excellent room lovely"
