"This was a good location for visiting Brighton - walking along the pier was a nice way to end the day and local amenities were close by. Buses to other sites of interest run nearby - the Seven Sisters Country Park was an easy trip and worthwhile visit. Having the check in information a few days in advance was helpful because it is not at the site of the flat."

"The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again."

"First things first, great value for money. Location couldn't be better, and big space with comfy large bed, TV with smart features etc for far cheaper than any other Brighton hotel that offers a lot less. A few major downsides unfortunately - the ensuite bathroom didn't have a door, so any unsavoury smells would be right in the bedroom with you. The bedroom blinds were broken which meant they could not be pulled closed, so anybody walking past would've been able to look right in and see you in...

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...

"Small but perfectly formed. Great central location. We parked overnight in the car park near the train station , which was a five minute walk from the property. Clean and comfortable for the two of us. Thank you. "

"Apartment was not as described. Bed was not king size it was only a double. There was no bath as promised only a very small shower. The hob kept turning off when trying to cook food. The plates supplied do not fit in the dishwasher. "

"Convenient and comfortable Studio flat in a central part of Brighton, by The Lanes. Only problem was the five flights of steep stairs to the flat, hard for an 80+ year old! Next door to an excellent Whisky boutique."

"The house is great, with lots of space and very flexible in use. The owners are obviously upgrading which is great to see and will be even better when this is finished."

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
