Beautiful dual aspect spacious room, very pleasant courteous staff always happy to help. One of the only hotels with its own parking in Eastbourne. Easy to walk up to beachyhead, seafront or hop on a bus .

Beautiful stay in a lovely hotel, room was good but extremely hot and didn’t really cool down. Gardens are beautiful, swimming pool cold but to be expected in April. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful hotel and room. Had a view over the sea. It was great to have dedicated parking. Food was nice, but rather expensive in both the main dining room and the conservatory.. would have preferred more comfort food choices in the latter. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice cozy hotel with decent views

it’s a bit dated Propery but well maintained and clean. Staff and service was good and breakfast was nice. Rooms are well equipped although size felt a bit small in the one that we got. There is a nice garden and view of sea along with an open heated pool.
