"There are 2 sides to this review. The down sides were unfortunately the property was not clean enough. The remote controls, light switches, kitchen cupboards etc. were very dirty (all the areas where covid would be rife). I had to clean some of these myself. Also there was a cheese wrapper in the bedroom and lego on the dining chair which says to me it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Whilst the details state it’s a studio, it could be made clearer that the only bed is a sofa bed, as we’ve stayed in VRBO studios before that do have a separate bed. "This is a lovely property in a beautiful and peaceful area, with plenty of space for our kids to play. It is a good base for a number of activities around the south coast, we visited Knockhatch Adventure Park, Worthing Beach and the Clip N Climb at Tonbridge with relative ease though you do need a vehicle to get to most places. Diane is a friendly host who replies quickly to any questions or issues, very grateful to her for letting us use the tennis court at short notice! Would definitely stay...

It was cool, quality yet homely for a birthday weekend celebration it was perfect.. easy access to Hove and close to Brighton to enjoy all it had to offer.. even the rain didn’t dampen our weekend.. we will be returning!"
