What a great guesthouse, Selina and the team can’t do enough for you. Place is spotless clean, great facilities and the breakfast was a treat each and every morning. Parking can be an issue after 6pm but otherwise perfect stay for 3 days, thankyou

Little Gem of a B&B

The guest house is opposite the beach, there is a lovely seating area to use, the staff are very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We won’t bother searching for other places to stay, this was perfect.

We loved our stay at Beach Front Guest House. Staff were friendly and helpful , room was lovely and clean, breakfast was fabulous and the area is walkable with lots to do. Parking pass is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Sea-front Gem!

Lovely well appointed sea-front guest house with homely feel. Room (not seaview) was decorated tastefully and modern. We liked it because the scheme was the same as our own home. The breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely.

Lovely relaxing break

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were all welcoming and were quick to help, good to have recommendations on places to eat etc. Breakfast was delicious and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others. We parked outside on seafront and took advantage of guest permit which cost £2 a day although nearby streets are free but we liked the convenience of having the car outside. We didn’t use our car as everywhere is in easy walking distance including bus stops for hop on/hop off bus if you’re wanting to explore further.

Stylish decor and fantastic beachfront location

Fantastic and stylish decor - new carpets and doors, crisp bedlinen and white fluffy towels. Everywhere was spotlessly clean - this guest house has high standards and you won't be disappointed. The hosts, Duncan and Kris, make you so welcome - they are lovely people who can't do enough to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. I sat a number of times in the foyer window looking out across the coastline, it was so relaxing, if you can grab the window seat by the back wall as you won't want to leave once you've seen the view. My room was overlooking the back and it was really quiet so had a good sleep. I can't fault the place on anything - and the parking is right outside or down the side street - do stay here as you won't be disappointed.
