The room was spacious and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable.Breakfast was excellent, room service for dinner was extremely poor- the food that is.Most of the staff were really friendly. It would have been better if there had been a balcony in the room. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Really amazing hotel, much better than I expected Rooms are very big, high ceiling and right in front of the sea for an amazing sea view . Highly recommended and will use this again. Big thanks to Mark for welcoming us despite us coming very late and the receptionists were super too! (Didn't catch either name) Rooms are clean and all staff are very helpful and great Keep up the amazing hospitality!

The beach view is the best thing about this hotel - except we got a minute twin room facing inland! The ensuite bathroom so small the bath was half size in order to fit. It was so small the toilet was really difficult to flush because the flush was so tightly fitted between the bath and the toilet you could hardly get your hand on it. The bathroom sink was really slow at emptying so scum was always left around it. The common parts of the hotel looked decidedly 'tired' and not up to previous experiences we have had with other Best Westerns,

We knowingly booked a small room. The room itself was clean and decent enough. It was an extremely hot day so could have done with A/C or at least a better fan than that provided. The bathroom was too tiny to be practical. There was no shelf in the tiny shower and there was not enough room to bend down and pick shower gel off the floor. Overall the price was very reasonable so we were not expecting the world. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The swimming pool was a welcome addition as the sea was too cold and choppy to swim in. The towel rail was heated, there was a heater and TV and kettle in the room. A shower and toilet en suite. All for £50 a night. Bargain

Our room was small but clean and comfortable, however the en-suite bathroom was very small and in need of redecoration (and possibly redesigning). Overall the hotel looks okay but a bit tired and in need of a refresh. On the plus side the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent situation being opposite the beach and only a few minutes walk from the town centre. We didn’t use the bar or indoor pool so can’t comment on those. We could park outside the hotel which was great, and could purchase a ticket for parking which was good value.
