Given the poor reviews I'd read about this hotel I was slightly concerned, however, I had no issues at all! I stayed in Room 4 which is in the rear on the ground floor & did not see or hear anybody else. The room was very small but adequate for 1 night - it was VERY clean & appeared recently refurbished, it had a tv + a table & chair. The bathroom bathroom was small but functional & again spotless!!!! I'd stay again but would request Room 4!!!!

Mattress was terrible, place was noisy and staff smoking at the back went into room. Room was less than basic and for £70 this is a rip off recommend staying anywhere else. The one plus point was the reception staff who were helpful

Eastbourne Tennis-Trip

The service was excellent and we had a very good, clean room with a sea-view. All in all, it was good value for money and we were close to the centre of town.

Property was facing the beach and our room overlooked the sea. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The communal areas although clean were dated. The staff were very helpful and were able to provide a hotel guest parking permit for parking on the road outside the property for a small charge of £2.20. It was a short walk to the pier and just a little further to the town centre.

Not bad for the price

Hotel was ok ,had every thing you needed and left out milk,coffee and sugar if you needed more , it was clean and comfortable and if I had to be negative I would say it could do with a lick of paint ,everywhere else charges double for the same thing they provide ,excellent location close to the town .

This was my worst and scariest experience. It looked more like a prison than an inn. There is black mold everywhere, and cleaning is terrible.g. We did not stay there even one night, preferring to sleep in the car.

Great hotel for the price

Nice basic hotel, comfortable and clean, excellent location, wifi. Kettle in the room with tea/coffee / biscuits was a bonus. Difficult to find! Small sign on a small frontage, nothing like the picture. Not being able to speak to a human being beforehand meant that I could not find out where to park beforehand.

Nearly lost half the skin on my back from scalding shower which didn’t work well. The guy at front desk hides behind some door as then he does not appear available no front desk at all weird . Should have stayed at Burlington.

Mouldy wet thin walls could hear everything more like a hostel then a hotel could hear arguments people screaming outside if i had somewhere else to go i would have i went to relax after a head injury which has forced me to stop work for the time being definitely wasn't relaxing

It was in a great location opposite the beach & near the pier. Owner kindly let us store our luggage. Lift available Rooms were big enough (we had a triple room). Toiletries, towels, tea/coffee, tv & Wi-Fi provided. No information was provided in regards to hotel facilities etc or local area. Door locks were very loose Beds were uncomfortable No coat hangers in wardrobe
