"there is such personalized service at Fairmont Royal York. we travelled to be in the area for my wife to be interviewed early next morning on CBC radio.
upon checking in the nice lady Denise talked to us and we made her aware of our plans and later on after checking in she sent my wife a personalized hand written note wishing her well at the interview along with macaroons as a treat.
i get the feeling as well the whole staff has that mentality as everyone we encountered was eager to help make our stay and experience the best.
this is the very best hotel i have ever stayed at. we will for absolute certain be returning sometime in the future !
