Absolutely LOVED our time at Staypineapple! Cool, funky little boutique hotel convenient to so much! In town for just two nights to see Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden and this was the perfect location. Less than 10 minute walk from the Garden; arrived at Penn Station and easy peasy walk to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, the room and lobby were CLEAN and the cookies and robes were amazing! Love how dog-friendly they are, (even though we didn’t bring ours it’s nice to know she’d be welcomed). The refillable water bottles are great, I just wish they gave you more than one per room (you can purchase additional bottles, or trade your free gift card for one but either way it’s totally worth the $3 if you purchase additional). My only “complaint” was we had no cleaning service to empty the trash cans or tidy up as most hotels do when you are out but we were only there for two nights and everything else was perfect! Staff was speedy quick with a request for a couple of extra towels and everyone we met was super helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!!

First of all great location. The hotel is extremely clean, the beds and pillows are so comfortable and the water in the shower is hot! The space in the room is just fine! Great location and staff. Most rooms in the city are on the small side but this room in particular is very small. They provide you with refillable water bottles, easily refilled in lobby with filtered water.
