"Every time we come to Pigeon Forge we always stay here. We tell everybody about it. It is in the perfect location with easy access to everything. The cleanliness is great. We always have great service with your people. I would have liked a few more pillows personally. I really love the balconies in the rooms. Perfect spot to relax and unwind after being out all day. "

"I loved this property! Only one downfall. I booked this hotel for the water features because of my grandson. When checking in I was told the slides and splash pad closed the day before because of kids going back to school. Not sure what that has to do with closing some of the water features. This was first week of August. Where I am from they don't go back until September. I wish this would have been on the website etc. but we did enjoy the pool. I would absolutely stay again. But will definitely ask about all the water park. Very clean and convenient to the strip."

"Beautiful well equipped room. Nice balcony. Tucked away off the main street. Only downfall is the pool area is very slippery. Textured tile flooring would be safer than the smooth finish tile."
