Fantastic facilities and technology in the room. Excellent information on how to use all the technology on the television in the room. Staff are very friendly and try really hard to speak English and make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

Great location- water views & set in a nice precinct. Shopping, good restaurants close by. Very clean, spacious room. Absolutely beautiful hotel, the view of the city from the reception area and from the room was amazing, could see Mt Fuji from my hotel window every day .The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was always helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent, it had wide variety of options. Fitness room was excellent and clean. The room was huge and had lots of space for your luggage. Staff are very helpful. On our last day, we will miss the breakfast due to early flight. The reception staff made sure that we will be provided with packed breakfast. It was a delicious “bento”, sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. Thank you Intercontinental staff. We will definitely be back.

Great room , clean and comfortable. Good location

I had a wonderful stay. A wide variety of stores and restaurants are available within the hotel's vicinity and Sagami-Ono station is a minute walk away so it's pretty easy to get to Tokyo or Yokohama. All rooms are non-smoking so I didn't have to deal with the smell of tobacco. Also, the rooms are pretty spacious, so there's no problems with storing luggage in your room. Would stay again.

The property is in superb condition, very clean, bed was comfy, very close to the beach and train station, the staff are friendly and very accomodating. Awesome jobs guys

Unmatched location, all rooms look over the stunning 1930’s garden and magnificent mountains and lake, no bad views! The hotel exudes old world charm, and while some may find this ‘dated’ we found it delightful. The Franco-Japanese -Deco blend carries through to cuisine and 2 fantastic restaurants (though not for the budget conscious). A truly unique and memorable stay. Would come back in a heart beat.
