"Room is much smaller than it looked like on the picture. I requested 2 beds, they have only one bed room available, if they can’t guarantee what guests requested, they should give notification so that at least there’s a chance to rebook or upgrade to a different room"

"Fairly good location although bit of a walk to the centre. Clean and well equipped room it’s just that everything is small ie wardrobe, storage, bed and bathroom. "

"The surrounding area is excellent as its close.to the rail station and convenient stores and restaurants. However, the hotel seems to be outdated and old. The rooms are outdated although clean but feels like an 80s and 90s vibe. "

You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku"
