Very friendly and courteous staff. Helped arrange great tours of Tokyo and Mount Fuji.

Great location for the flight home

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the view of the city from the reception area and from the room was amazing, could see Mt Fuji from my hotel window every day .The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was always helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent, it had wide variety of options. Fitness room was excellent and clean. The room was huge and had lots of space for your luggage. Location was only short walk about 5 minutes to subway station and there were also shopping centre nearby. I was so...

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

Lovely hotel set in a great location.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room. We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.

Super modern, clean, great quiet location 5-10 mins walk to various Shinjuku Stations, very friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, rooftop outdoor lounge area with free tea & coffee and reasonably priced drinks and snacks to enjoy the Tokyo view. Room has washer/dryer and kitchenette making it super handy, especially for families.

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.

If staying in Shinjuku area this modern-style hotel is a great choice. It is close enough to the action but is a refuge from the amazing buzz of the Tokyo streets. The hospitality we received from Terada and his team was helpful and very welcoming.

Very good experience overall Some things to consider: 1) Guests do have to swap lifts to access rooms from the main one in group that takes you to reception only. This can be inconvenient sometimes as that couple minutes wait makes a difference when having to catch a train or got big luggages. 2) You still have to pay for extras such as a cafe latte even when you have already paid for a breakfast voucher which felt a little money gauging and greedy on the hotel being that other hotels at...

Location was very convenient, serviced by a number of train stations on different lines all within walkable distance. There were some beautiful blossoms outside too, which made for some nice photo moments. The hotel itself was decent, service was good, cleanliness was fine, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the public bath, definitely recommend it for those staying. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, we tried both Japanese and Western styles and loved both of them. The...
