"The hotel offered exceptional service in all areas. My one qualm is the way the staff would talk in English regardless of my wish to converse in Japanese. Having come to Japan to immerse myself in the language and culture, this was disappointing. "This property is more for people with older children or adults. I had three kids under 8 and the loft area wasn't the safest idea for sleeping or playing. There was also basically no storage for bags. The kitchen area wasn't really realistic to cook in, but it was a uniquely designed space in which if my family was older I think would have worked out great."

The morning breakfast was excellent but not as good as the Dormy in Wakayama but still good. Free washes with 100 yen dryer and free popsicles and drinks at the onsen was nice.
