It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.

10 out of 10 for our stay. Beautiful clean spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

Amazing location for everything, clean, modern and comfortable

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Nothing negative. On arrival the checkin assistant explained all about dining options in the area as well as providing us with helpful information about our planned trip to Bruny Island. The cocktail lounge is great and you can enjoy a pint overlooking the harbour. Pillow options in the room were a special treat. I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

Clean comfortable beds, modern furniture/ decor, great location, the pool was lovely with good amenities to access.

Great new hotel in convenient central location

We absolutely loved our room on the top floor with the view of the marina and river. So comfortable having a separate bedroom. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. The office manager Casey was so helpful and professional and Sally on reception was a complete delight. So friendly and kind and efficient. Really nice place. Everything is new. Everyone is trying hard to please. one night but will go back for a little longer. just found it a little expensive for a one night stay $400. but it was a big room with two double beds and the view in the morning over the lake was just breathtaking.
