Brand new modern and state of the art hotel. Front desk is on 8th floor so you do not have much interaction with hotel staff. Staff was accommodating with any needs that arise.

It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.

Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer
