"Staff were helpful and friendly. Didn’t like the back door slide latch to lock. Should have a proper lock, since back into a side street. Outdoor grounds behind units unkept. Also Advertised in- room brochure that there was a Spa, but did not have a Spa on premises to use. "

"I havent been to this hotel in a while as it is often booked up well in advance but had the opportunity to stay there again for a couple of nights. And was delighted to see they have spent time and money on giving it a revamp in the rooms which are an absolute delight now . the fresh new duvets , the new curtains and carpet abd even new beds ! pooja has a way also wth making the customer feel relaxed and looked after whilst remaining professional . I will be back it gets a 10/10 from me !"

Advised that property maybe being used as emergency accommodation to help house homeless in area; a disclosure of this prior to booking may have assisted with decision to book hotel in first place. Owners not helpful and alternative accommodation booked last minute."
