"Great spacious rooms. Great to have Sky TV available. Unfortunately the Spa bath in our room was not functional which disappointed the kids. Wish we had visited in summer to make the most of the swimming pool it looked great."

"My room was generally clean, tidy and nice. But it was right next to the office facing the door so you couldn't have the curtain open. It wasnot that private but there were few quests so ok. The place was generally ok but the property lacked greenery and poor design meant it was close to other people. ..."

It was handy having the mall and shops so close. Well worth the extra wee drive to Mt Smart Stadium to avoid the city traffic!

A couple of nice cafes, nowhere to go out for dinner that wasn't super expensive or very basic. Nothing to do to kill a couple of hours while waiting to check into motel.
