4/5 - Good
It was my overnight stopping place on a Saturday evening - I really didn't see the town, but it is conveniently out of the city if traveling south from Auckland airport

Room clean and tidy

It was clean, quiet and nice, staff are reasonably friendly, there was some construction on the paths around it but that should be gone soon enough and it couldn't be heard. It could've been more private but the windows are tinted and the block out curtains block out all light. Overall pretty nice ...

Super friendly staff, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, and amazing blackout curtains, perfect for the summer heat during the day if you want to day nap. The views are gorgeous, there’s plenty of free parking, and the outdoor area is sheltered with tables everywhere, great for dinner time ...

It was handy having the mall and shops so close. Well worth the extra wee drive to Mt Smart Stadium to avoid the city traffic!
A couple of nice cafes, nowhere to go out for dinner that wasn't super expensive or very basic. Nothing to do to kill a couple of hours while waiting to check into motel.
Very quiet for a Saturday night, but the people we did met were very friendly.
Great place to relax and spend time with family.
Love the place , small village feel on the outskirts of a big city
