"Check-in was great! Reserving parking was great! Room was very clean. The two-sided mirror in the bathroom was clearly positioned for someone way taller than me! (Not great) Coffee maker and cups too small for coffee lovers like me! We needed another blanket on the beds, not only for warmth but also for added weight. We asked for them and got them quickly, so thank you! "

"This place is top tier! My experience with Luma Hotel was amazing! The staff was very professional, anything you might need they will make happen! They are on it like no where else. It was my first time booking with this hotel and it definitely wont be my last! Very quiet and calm environment, Room was very clean, and the room service was super neat! They actually have a robot that delivers your food from the hotel cafe!
