"Overall a great hotel within San Francisco. I love that the hotel allowed us to store luggage before and after check-in and check-out. All the front desk staff were really kind and professional. My only complaint would be the rooms didn’t feel that they had a proper cleaning even though we received clean sheets and towels. "

"Clean room, staff was great. However, the hotel may be too close to noisy areas in SF to guarantee a restful and quiet night. I had difficulty sleeping without being awoken by police or ambulane sirens and people shouting outside the hotel. As for the complimentary breakfast, there wasn't much. They ran out of milk for the cereal very quickly. And the cereal was the highlight of the breakfast options. Yotel did hold my suitcase for me even after I checked out of my room which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was an average experience for me, and I do appreciate the service of the staff."
