"Our room was lovely and recently renovated on the 5th floor. The staff and manager were so welcoming and we enjoyed the hot tub many times. Security and valet were also great. The room we were in was definitely not sound proof and we could hear guest in the room next to us and in the hall. Everything smelled very new and there was construction going on in other parts of the hotel but we were mostly unbothered. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay! Staff was more than accommodating. The rooms were clean however we did not have a refrigerator in our room or a coffee maker, but it was very friendly and inviting and the courtyard was great and the continental breakfast was wonderful! If I find myself back in San Francisco I will definitely stay again"
