Too many homeless surrounding the doors and in the centre. One was harassing customers at a restaurant, took ages for security to get there. Didn’t feel safe.

Was a great stay! Everyone from front desk staff to room service were wonderful and friendly! I have to say and the main reason for my review! It is without a doubt the most comfortable bed I have slept in in my entire life … I am obsessed and been thinking about that bed since the glorious night we spent together!!

Room was not great. Plumbing issues. Visible mold around windows. The location was ideal. Disappointed that breakfast was not included give the price point of the room.
Concierge was fabulous! Great recommendations and super friendly!

Westfield is large with lots of shops, Undergoing some renovation when we were there but a bit of fun to wander round. A lot of shops similar to our Westfield here in Sydney.
