"I had an amazing time here, I went to celebrate my birthday with my mom and the staff was amazing and so kind. I’d like to give a special thanks to Liza and Alejandro for making my private dinner experience at the Oishii rooftop restaurant a beautiful and memorable moment. I want to thank Diego who was very attentive to us on the pool deck on the ground level floor. Big thank you to Hugo at the rooftop vantage club for breakfast and lunch, his service was excellent, very pleased to have encountered him during my stay and lastly Dyanna from the buffet during breakfast and lunch was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed to be there everytime very funny as well. The staff mentioned all stood out on the grounds of excellent service and hospitality. It has made a lasting impression on me and I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for the caliber of service I received. The environmental service staff was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you Hyatt Vivid!! "

"The room was beautiful! love the tub inside. We loved all the amenities, coffee bar, Italian restaurant, and the buffet was always delicious! The staff all around was excellent! I am glad I did a spa service as well!"
