"Staff great love the room for my visit"

"Enjoyed my 5 night stay that began with a friendly welcome from Roy and an easy check-in. My room was simple but clean, comfortable, and served all of my needs. Firm bed, no tv. Very relaxing! I participated in three terrific yoga classes on-site as well as had one excellent massage. The pool was nice after each active day and was never busier than four other people. Perfect! Dalia and Marlies at the front desk were incredibly kind and personable. They kindly answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations for beaches, cafes, and restaurants, all very accessible by foot or Uber. I had a terrific stay in sunny Cancun and am very thankful for wonderful staff at peaceful Pachamaya. "

"We stayed in the executive suite with a king-sized bed. Everything was spotless, very kind and accomodating staff (they even let us check in an hour early!), breakfast was good. If you're looking for convenience, the area is walkable to the ADO bus station, several parks and shopping centers, and offers a complementary morning shuttle to Playa Lagarto or the Isla Mujeres ferry port. Free coffee and filtered water stations, too."

"Friendly staff fitting of a friendly atmosphere. Spacious rooms with a great nature feel. A great downtown location with the bus station being a walkable distance away. They can also hold your luggage if you arrive before check in time. I recommend this hotel if you're traveling solo or with a group. "
