The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communicating with the hosts Sandra and Andrea was effortless, responding to my queries quickly and with useful recommendations. And the breakfast was not just a roll and coffee, but a full, hot breakfast! The location was convenient, within walking distance to Las Palapas, many restaurants and shops. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Sandra and Andrea.

The level of service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was amazing and the two area where you can have breakfast was a winner for me. I’m traveling often and will book this place again not only because of the price but also because of the atmosphere.

The stay was just as described. The hosts were very attentive and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint would be that the walls were very thin and the guests weren’t very quiet next door. Overall I would stay again though.

Clean and cosy. Not like your regular chain hotel. Fantastic breakfast included. For the price it's a great value - a little outdated, but it didn't bother us. A/C in the room was extremely appreciated. Great if you want to see the real side of Cancun - we walked everywhere on for, but you can take taxi/bus.
