"I have stayed at many short term rentals, absolutely horrible! The master bed was broken so my 82 year old dad slept on the floor. No place to sit. We placed all of our things on the other bed and was charged an extra person. The fees were added on later and there is a notice stating it’s illegal to stay in the building. I will be contacting VRBO to recover some fees!!"

"Location is excellent, near Times Square and close to many restaurants and bars. The appartment itself was filthy and clearly not well maintained. There were stains all over the tub and the floors and some of the furnitures. There were filthy rugs underneath the bathroom sink and even the paper towels were dirty. I texted Peter about the condition of the appartment but he didn't answer. We cleaned the appartment ourselves."

I come to Manhattan often and this has been our favorite VRBO, the location was perfect, accessibility to everything within minutes, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, great check in process, can’t say enough good!
