"For me it was a good option to stay near NYC without breaking the bank. It is exactly as depicted on this page, 3 bdrm 2 baths and a living room with a nice sized couch, also we found a air mattress in one of the rooms so that's a plus. We had plenty of space for 7 guests. We were only 25 min from the city, Christian did a great job communicating and the check in process was easy. That being said I had an issue with 2 things. Number one when I booked this place, I was very keen on the no smoking...

"This rental was adorable and was very accommodating. Super clean and located in a very cute neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. Really conveniently located near to NYC too! Highly recommend and I would definitely rent this place again. Host was very respectful, pleasant and made sure everything was perfect and was always very responsive. Added to the love it list !!"

"Clean, easy check-in but….we hooked downstairs and were moved upstairs which we hated. Neighborhood is HORRIBLE! Trash littered the sidewalks, loud music all night, and fireworks in May! BTW, if you want to be a grown up and control the temp or your environment do NOT stay here. You have to call for temp adjustments. And NO FACE TOWELS, had to buy some. And something I didn’t notice were no tvs in the bedrooms. "
