Holiday Homes in Astoria

Staff are great, the restaurant and food was amazing and rooms are cosy and very clean & comfortable. I enjoyed myself and recommend this hotel

We absolutely loved our 4 nights stay here -It not only looked clean but it smelled and FELT clean!! (Very important :) One of the highlights was SAM at the front desk. What a lovely young man. He and my husband bonded and talked about their families. When we had a minor issue with the hot water, he and the team were on it immediately and it was done efficiently and with a smile. They offered service, change of towels and sheets everyday (although we didn’t take them up on it as we’re...

First shock, it has no elevator (lift); I had to climb only one floor. I stayed for 8 nights. Couple of times beds were not made; I went to reception to tell them about it, and the receptionist picked up a clipboard, and read to me what it said by my room number, it was: "customer telephoned that he does not want room serviced..." I know I never telephoned reception with "that request"... I think the maid run out of time to do my room and entered 'that comment' or she had something to do and had...

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Location was fantastic and rooms are comfortable. Staff were fantastic and always happy to help.

Good

We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

, so polite and thoughtful. The staff are this hotel’s best asset by far! Made us feel so welcome and looked after. Always friendly and helpful. Great lovation, very clean

Great location and facilities.

Excellent location, so close to grand central and walkable to lots of attractions. The first room I was in was very noisy because of either the main street or ventilation, but the staff was so helpful and changed the room for me. Room is not so spacious but way more enough for a solo traveller. Clean and comfortable. They also have free walking tours available which is good. I’ll stay in pod 39 again if I come back :)

Well positioned hotel. Easy walk to Empire State, Time Sq and all midtown tourist spots.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location and reasonable price for NYC. Good breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Check in and check out front desk staff wasn't friendly.

Fab hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Clean, modern, and well set up. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s totally expected in NYC, and you’re hardly in them anyway so it really wasn’t an issue. Staff were lovely, housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again. Fab!
