"The hotel is new and in a busy area of the Bronx, that locals felt was pretty safe. It is conveniently located near a subway stop (10 minutes walking) and as a Baltimore native the area felt reasonably safe to us. The parking lot is small but serviceable and convenient given parking in NYC. Overall cleanly and reasonable but our sheet had a small drop of blood on it. The desk person promptly took care of the issue when it was raised."

"It's a nice quiet, yet discreet, area. Reminds me of a dorm stay. I am definitely making this my preferred when I have my visits. The parking is normal city parking that'll you have to find. Don't let it discourage you. "
