The property was perfect very clean and the staff were amazing. Whatever I needed help with they were there with a friendly face. I only wish they had more seating for breakfast it was a bit crowded and no where to sit.

The location of the property was fantastic. The only complaint I have is the wait times for the elevators (sometimes 15-20 minutes), and the lack of seating during busy breakfast times. But the hotel was very clean and in a perfect location.

Hotel has a great location. Rooms are small, breakfast is awful, most of the time you need to wait a lot to have it (small place, super crowdy) and elevators are impossible to take. We were hosted in floor 31st and waited 10-15 mins each day to get to the lobby.

Small rooms for Standard sized king room but my husband and I managed fine. If you could add hooks near the front door I think that would help with coats, clothing storage. Beds are always comfortable and we enjoy a free breakfast. Close to everything we wanted to do.
