The apartment is very quiet.
It has one bedroom and one living room.
The main entrance is secured with a digicode and secured with CCTV.
You can park outside the flat (free parking).
You will have the flat for yourself (it is NOT shared).

The flat is number 3, first floor (no lift).
No deep fat frying.
No portable heater.
