Location : ideal for station. In Chinatown so many restaurants to choose from. Also close to centre for shopping, museums, canal & entertainment. Staff were all excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room for 3 was very spacious, basic but had all we needed. Clean and quiet.

Yeah the bull ring and grand central was 5 minute walk from the hotel. Didn’t visit the bar as we don’t drink. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet no noise from the outside at all. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with this hotel. From checking in to leaving. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, tea and coffee provided too. We used the hotel to leave our bags as our room wasn’t ready on arrival. We used the bar a couple of times and it had plenty of choice. Breakfast was really good. It was plentiful, had good choices and was being filled up constantly. We had a late check out and were able to store our cases while we headed into the Bullring which was nearby, to do some shopping before we got the train home. A great experience and would recommend.
