This hotel was not like the the other one they own in Birmingham. I was quite disappointed. The other one had a coffee machine that you could help yourself to a hot beverage at any time. The reception staff were not very helpful the beds were very hard and the rooms need a good tidy up the plus side to it was its location

The hotel was central, convenient and clean. It would have been better to have an earlier check in .... but i appreciate it was busy. The TV in my original room did not work and the receptionist simply changed my room. The room was quiet and the morning breakfast was tasty. Enjoyable Stay

Great hotel,stayed a few times here ,always lovely and helpful staff,clean and good security at night with the location. Basic room ,but got it a great price and still had great utilities and comfortable and thats all we needed for the night ! Would definitely stay here again .
